Taxes are money which are being forcefully taken by the government from the citizens and then disappearing somewhere.

It’s no surprise that tax evasion and even the tax evasion control are a huge social problem. The tax payer has to be able to administer his own taxes, at least partially.

Say as a start it can be possible for a person to direct 50% of his tax allocations to the projects which he can find listed on a government website. Those can be nationwide projects, and regional projects, and the project which refer to his own village.

It can be arranges as follow in the beginning:

*) At least 50% of the taxes (which are administered by the tax payer himself) are directed to the national projects

*) At least 30% of the taxes (which are administered by the tax payer himself) are directed to the regional projects (his own or any other region)

*) The rest can be spent to the projects of his own village or city district.

For sure, to make that happen the city, district, village residents should create their own websites where they can publish the list of the projects to direct their taxes to. And if the minister from the government is very hard to control unfortunately, then at level of the city or village council it’s very easy to arrange.

By taking the right to administer their own taxes forcefully from people the government brings people down to the level of irresponsible and confused half-wits, thus insulting its citizens and encouraging them to evade the tax payments.
