Spectrul lor este foarte amplu (a se vedea lista unora dintre ele \u00een capitolul \u201eLista percep\u0163iilor revelatoare\u201d) \u015fi ele se afl\u0103 \u00een rezonan\u0163\u0103 cu PR.<\/p>\n<p>*) Fiecare om tr\u0103ie\u015fte, aproape \u00eencontinuu, EN sau FN \u015fi, \u00een virtutea acestui fapt, aproape toat\u0103 via\u0163a lui trece \u00een \u201e<strong>senza\u0163ii fizice negative<\/strong>\u201d (<strong>SFN<\/strong>), intensitatea \u015fi durata c\u0103rora cresc odat\u0103 cu v\u00e2rsta. \u00cens\u0103\u015fi v\u00e2rsta ca atare nu are nici o importan\u0163\u0103, conteaz\u0103 acumularea timpului petrecut \u00een EN. La SFR se atribuie \u201ebucuria muscular\u0103\u201d, vioiciunea, \u201eprospe\u0163imea corporal\u0103\u201d, \u201eenergia\u201d, \u201epl\u0103cerea corporal\u0103\u201d etc.<\/p>\n<p>*) Senza\u0163ia de pl\u0103cere corporal\u0103 poate fi confundat\u0103 u\u015for cu percep\u0163ia revelatoare a desf\u0103t\u0103rii, deoarece, de multe ori, ele se manifest\u0103 sincron. La sporirea intensit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi frecven\u0163ei de manifestare a acestor percep\u0163ii ele pot fi distinse u\u015for.<\/p>\n<p>*) La fel ca \u015fi PR, SFR pot fi tr\u0103ite \u00eencontinuu, este posibil s\u0103 nu ai niciodat\u0103 SFN. Experien\u0163a elimin\u0103rii impecabile a EN demonstreaz\u0103 c\u0103 durerea fizic\u0103 \u015fi EN nu sunt deloc \u201elegate indisolubil\u201d, ci exist\u0103 doar o deprindere foarte puternic\u0103 de a avea EN la senza\u0163ia de durere fizic\u0103. Dar aceast\u0103 deprindere poate fi \u00eencetat\u0103. O durere fizic\u0103 oric\u00e2t de puternic\u0103 nu este un obstacol impenetrabil pentru a tr\u0103i chiar \u015fi PR extatice.<\/p>\n<p>*) O serie \u00eentreag\u0103 de senza\u0163ii sunt considerate negative \u00een orice condi\u0163ii doar ca urmare a faptului c\u0103, \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu ele, se afl\u0103 obi\u015fnuin\u0163a de a tr\u0103i EN. Dar, de exemplu, senza\u0163ia de foame cu intensitatea de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 7, rezoneaz\u0103 distinct cu PR, dac\u0103, bine\u00een\u0163eles, \u00een acest moment sunt eliminate impecabil EN legate, \u00een mod curent, de foame. Totodat\u0103, ponderea SFR cre\u015fte, iar ponderea SFN scade doar atunci c\u00e2nd m\u0103n\u00e2nci ceea ce dore\u015fti cu bucurie, evident, elimin\u00e2nd \u00eentrist\u0103rile. Ponderea SFN \u015fi SFR nu depinde de componen\u0163a hranei, orarul \u015fi volumul alimenta\u0163iei. \u015ei aici (ca \u015fi la realizarea altor dorin\u0163e) dificultatea const\u0103 \u00een a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163a s\u0103 distingi dorin\u0163a mecanic\u0103 s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nci \u015fi dorin\u0163a \u00eembucur\u0103toare \u2013 a se vedea sec\u0163iunea despre dorin\u0163e.<\/p>\n<p>*) Unele senza\u0163ii se afl\u0103 \u00een rezonan\u0163\u0103 cu PR \u00een momentul dat, altele \u2013 nu. Dar \u00een VC stabile, \u00eenso\u0163ite de PR puternice \u015fi \u00een \u201e<strong>percep\u0163iile extracorporale<\/strong>\u201d (<strong>PEC<\/strong>) (numite \u015fi \u201eie\u015firi din corp\u201d), senza\u0163iile se p\u0103streaz\u0103 \u015fi chiar devin mai diverse, mai distincte, mai puternice, mai proaspete, av\u00e2nd o rezonan\u0163\u0103 mai puternic\u0103 cu PR \u015fi fiind nu mai pu\u0163in stabile dec\u00e2t \u201e\u00een starea de veghe\u201d. De exemplu, la ie\u015firea din corp, po\u0163i s\u0103 ajungi pe o culme \u00eenz\u0103pezit\u0103, la ger, s\u0103 ai obi\u015fnuita senza\u0163ie de frig, dar \u00een acest moment nu apare SFN a \u201e\u00eenghe\u0163\u0103rii\u201d sau alte SFN. Pentru un interval scurt de timp, poate s\u0103 creasc\u0103 temperatura corpului cu efecte de friguri, cu senza\u0163ii neobi\u015fnuite de \u201eardere din\u0103untru\u201d. De regul\u0103, dorin\u0163a \u00eembucur\u0103toare de a mic\u015fora temperatura corpului cu ajutorul medicamentelor corespunz\u0103toare apare in cazul c\u00e2nd temperatura dep\u0103\u015fe\u015fte 39,5 grade.
